What size kettlebell should I start with?

Most people do best with two or three bells so they can match the weight to the exercise. Women, average strength: 8, 12 and 16 kg (18, 26, 35 lb). Women, strong: 12, 16 and 20 kg (26, 35, 44 lb). Men, average strength: 16 and 24 kg (35, 53 lb). Men, strong: 24 and 32 kg (53, 70 lb). "Strong" means a woman who can do strict push-ups with ease, or a man who can bench press more than 225 lb. Buying just one bell? Women usually start at 12 kg and men at 16 kg. Swings can handle a heavier bell than presses or Turkish get-ups, so the heavier bell in your set is your swing bell.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Yes. Choose free local pickup or $20 local delivery at checkout. We deliver locally to anyone within 100 miles of Carlsbad, which covers San Diego, Orange and Los Angeles counties and parts of Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Pickups are usually ready within 24 hours at South Ponto Beach in Carlsbad. Deliveries go out the 1st and 3rd weekend of each month. We also ship nationwide.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes. Through our partner Truemed, eligible customers can use HSA or FSA funds on SoCal Kettlebellz products. Check out as a guest (not signed in to Shop Pay) and choose Truemed as your payment option. Discount codes can't be combined with Truemed payments.

How many weight settings does the adjustable kettlebell have?

The 12–32 kg Adjustable Competition Kettlebell and the KOMBOBELL adjustable mace have 19 settings: 12 kg, every kilo from 14 to 30 kg, and 32 kg (26–71 lb). You set the weight by combining the 2, 3 and 4 kg inner plates on the 12 kg base. The only weights you can't make are 13 and 31 kg. The KOMBOBELL Jr. adjusts from 6 to 12 kg in 2 kg steps.

Does the adjustable kettlebell rattle?

Every adjustable kettlebell and KOMBOBELL now ships with our Secure-Fit Washer. It locks the inner weight plates down tight, so the bell stays quiet and secure during swings, cleans, snatches and fast transitions between sets.

Should I buy the KOMBOBELL, or the adjustable kettlebell and mace handle separately?

The KOMBOBELL is the adjustable kettlebell and the mace handle together in two separate boxes, so you get both tools from one set of plates. If you already own our 12–32 kg adjustable kettlebell, you only need the mace handle. It fits that base and similar competition-style adjustable bases.
