Warranty

If there are issues with your purchase due to defects in material or workmanship, we want to make it up to you! Our goal is to deliver high-quality products and we will work tirelessly to deliver on that promise.

Our products are coved by a limited warranty covering defects in material, functionality, and workmanship. **Please note, this warranty does not cover damages stemming from negligent or faulty use. Negligent or faulty use includes but is not limited to excessive dropping on concrete or other hard surfaces.**

Warrantied products are replaced at SoCal Kettlebellz's discretion and warranties do not cover normal product wear. Products modified or repaired will be void of warranty coverage. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

To submit a warranty claim please contact us here and include all relevant information including:

- Proof of purchase (receipt or bank/credit card statement)
- Images of the damaged item
- Description of the defect

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. All returns require you to contact us first in order to get a return authorization. There is a 15% restocking fee for items that are used and not in their original packaging. Any restocking or non-refundable shipping fees will be discussed with you prior to us authorizing the return.  

To start a return, you can contact us at info@socalkettlebellz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

With the exception of shipping errors, damages, and/or defective products, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping charges (to AND from) that were incurred on the order are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
