By using the Coach X coaching platform ("the Service") provided by SoCal Kettlebellz, you agree to the following terms.

Use of the Service

The Service is a professional coaching tool designed to support certified fitness coaches and their clients. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed physician before making changes to your exercise, nutrition, or supplementation program.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Wearable Device Integrations

The Service may connect to third-party wearable platforms (such as WHOOP and Oura) with your explicit authorization. You may revoke this access at any time. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by third-party devices.

No Guarantee of Results

Coaching recommendations generated by the Service are for informational purposes only. Individual results vary. SoCal Kettlebellz makes no guarantees regarding fitness outcomes, weight loss, or health improvements.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoCal Kettlebellz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
