This privacy policy describes how SoCal Kettlebellz ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information through our Coach X coaching platform.

What We Collect

When you connect a wearable device (WHOOP, Oura Ring, Apple Health, or Garmin) to our coaching platform, we collect health and fitness metrics including heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, sleep duration and quality, recovery and readiness scores, and activity data. We also collect fitness assessment data entered by your coach during sessions, including movement screening results, body composition measurements, and training history.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to support your coaching program — to track progress, inform training recommendations, and generate personalized programming. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored on a private server. It is not shared with any third party except the wearable platform you choose to connect (WHOOP, Oura, etc.) as part of the authentication process.

Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at jeremy@socalkettlebellz.com. We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days.

Third-Party Integrations

Our platform supports optional connections to WHOOP, Oura Ring, Apple Health, and Garmin. When you connect these services, you are also subject to their respective privacy policies.
