Wherever you are, Coach Jeremy, an FMS-certified coach, screens you live over a Google Meet video call (works on any phone or computer, no app or account needed). You'll know exactly how your body moves before you start swinging, pressing and carrying, plus what to work on first.

$80, add it to any order. Ships anywhere. After checkout, you'll get a private link by email to pick your time (30-minute video call, weekday evenings). All you need is a phone, about 6 feet of floor space and a broomstick or dowel.
